I'm Júlia Sasaki. I start from the problem rather than the screen: how people actually use a product, what gets in their way, and what the business needs from it. Everything else follows from that.
My practice covers the whole process rather than one slice of it: discovery and user research, information architecture and user flows, prototyping and usability testing, design systems and interface, UX writing, content strategy and accessibility, through to handoff with engineering. I work with product data directly, use AI across the process, and design in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Japanese.
